We treat all aspects of musculoskeletal and mobility issues, including neck pain, back pain, sprains and strains, rotator cuff repairs, joint replacements, vertigo, and balance disorders.

         With compassion as a cornerstone to our care, we will be your partner in a process that incorporates exercise and hands-on therapy during an hour of individual attention. We will thoroughly assess your movement and mobility restrictions, and together, create a program to restore your ability to move pain-free. We utilize stretch bands, balls, weights, bicycles, and treadmills to develop a home program so that you can progress as quickly as possible. We also incorporate myofascial release, mild forms of electrical stimulation, thermal ultrasound, TNS, and traction, as needed, to speed your healing.
